Felix Chang, JD, serves as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Vice President of Finance and Administration for Amplicore, where he oversees contract negotiation and provides counsel on corporate governance. Felix is also a Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where co-directs the Corporation Law Center, and Director of Institute for the Global Practice of Law. Previously, he was Counsel and Assistant Vice President at Fifth Third Bank, advising business units on trading and investment activity. He received his JD from Michigan and his BA from Yale.
